Refund Policy

This policy explains how billing assistance, cancellation, renewal, and refund requests are handled for AplyGED plans and any active paid checkout flow.

Current public pricing

  • The public AplyGED pricing display shows Free, AplyGED Complete Monthly ($19.99/month), AplyGED Complete 6 Months ($99 one time), and AplyGED Complete 12 Months ($169 one time).
  • If a paid plan is marked not yet available on the public pricing page, that plan cannot be purchased until a matching checkout option is enabled.

Cancellation and renewal

  • If you purchase a recurring monthly plan through an active checkout flow, you may cancel future renewal at any time through the available billing method or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation stops future recurring charges.
  • Where the active billing configuration supports it, access may continue through the end of the current paid billing period.
  • Cancellation does not automatically create a refund.

Fixed-term access periods

  • The six- and 12-month AplyGED Complete plans are intended to be one-time fixed-term access periods, not monthly subscriptions.
  • Those fixed-term plans are not intended to renew automatically unless a future checkout flow expressly says so before purchase.
  • The end of a fixed-term access period does not itself create a refund right.

Refund timing

  • No general refund window or guaranteed refund period is currently advertised on the public pricing page reviewed in this repository.
  • Any refund rights required by law remain unaffected.
  • If future checkout terms include a specific refund offer, those terms must be shown before purchase.

Duplicate or erroneous charges

  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@aplybot.ai and include the account email, charge date, amount, and any Stripe receipt information you have.
  • We will review duplicate or erroneous charge reports and respond with next steps after review.

Billing assistance

  • For cancellation questions, billing issues, or refund requests, contact support@aplybot.ai.
  • If you have access to a billing portal tied to an active recurring checkout flow, you may also manage that recurring subscription there.

Simple version: If a monthly plan is active, canceling stops future renewal. Fixed-term access is different from a subscription. No blanket refund window is promised here, and billing issues should be sent to support@aplybot.ai for review.
