Terms of Service

Last updated: June 28, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AplyBot ("we", "our", "us"), including our website at aplybot.ai, our mobile applications, our ChatGPT integrations, and all related services (collectively the "Platform"). By creating an account or using AplyBot you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use AplyBot. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
  • By using AplyBot you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • AplyBot is available to users in the United States and internationally. Some features may not be available in all regions.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at support@aplybot.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
  • You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or access restrictions.

3. Plans and Payments

  • The Free plan has no subscription charge.
  • The monthly AplyGED Complete plan is priced at $19.99 per month when offered through an active checkout flow.
  • The six-month AplyGED Complete plan is priced at $99 as a one-time payment for six months of access when offered through an active checkout flow.
  • The 12-month AplyGED Complete plan is priced at $169 as a one-time payment for 12 months of access when offered through an active checkout flow.
  • Applicable taxes may be added where legally required.
  • Prices may change prospectively, but a change will not retroactively alter an already purchased fixed access period.
  • Any future pricing change must be shown before purchase.

4. Recurring Monthly Billing

  • When the monthly AplyGED Complete plan is available for purchase through an active checkout flow, it is intended to renew automatically each month until canceled.
  • Customers may cancel future renewal through any available account, billing portal, or support process made available for that checkout flow.
  • Cancellation turns off future recurring charges.
  • Unless otherwise required by law or stated in active checkout terms, cancellation does not automatically create a prorated refund for a partially used billing period.
  • Where the active billing configuration supports it, access may continue through the already paid billing period after cancellation.
  • Failed or incomplete payments may delay or suspend paid access until payment is resolved.

5. Fixed-Term Access

  • The six- and 12-month AplyGED Complete plans are intended to be one-time purchases for fixed access periods.
  • Those fixed-term plans are not intended to renew automatically unless a future checkout flow expressly says otherwise before purchase.
  • Access begins according to the activation rule used by the active product flow at the time of purchase.
  • Access ends after the purchased period unless extended through a separate purchase or another documented policy.
  • Extensions, grace periods, paused access, account transfers, or saved-progress retention beyond the active access period are not promised unless separately documented.

6. TIA Voice Allowance

  • Voice interaction with TIA is subject to plan-based usage allowances. Free accounts receive up to five voice minutes during each monthly usage period. Active paid plans receive up to 30 voice minutes during each monthly usage period. For six- and 12-month fixed-term plans, the 30-minute allowance resets monthly while the purchased access period remains active. Unused voice minutes do not roll over and are not issued as a single upfront pool.
  • Voice allowance resets are based on the account's defined usage period.
  • Voice access may pause or end when the allowance is reached.
  • Text tutoring may remain available after voice minutes are exhausted, subject to any separate disclosed limits.
  • Idle voice sessions may be paused or terminated, and concurrent voice sessions may be blocked.
  • Attempts to evade plan limits, share accounts improperly, automate usage, or interfere with metering may lead to restriction or suspension.
  • Temporary service interruptions do not create a promise of unlimited replacement minutes.
  • Any material change to plan-based voice allowances will be disclosed prospectively.

7. AI Limitations

  • TIA is an educational support tool and may produce incomplete, outdated, or incorrect responses.
  • You are responsible for reviewing important explanations, answers, and study guidance before relying on them.
  • TIA does not administer the official GED exam.

  • AplyGED is not a replacement for official testing rules, state-specific eligibility requirements, or official guidance from the authorized testing provider.
  • You remain responsible for confirming official requirements with the authorized testing provider.

8. Official Testing Costs and Inclusion

  • Course fees do not include official GED exam fees unless those fees are specifically shown at checkout.
  • Official GED Ready tests or vouchers are not included unless specifically stated at checkout.
  • Retake fees are not included unless specifically stated at checkout.
  • AplyGED does not administer the official GED exam and does not imply official endorsement, affiliation, or accreditation.

  • You may not share credentials, resell access, or allow other learners to use your paid plan as if it were their own account.

  • Concurrent or abusive use may be blocked.
  • We may use reasonable safeguards to prevent fraud, automated abuse, or attempts to circumvent plan limits.

18. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@aplybot.ai.

Simple version: Use AplyBot honestly. Review everything AI generates before you use it. We do not guarantee job offers or exam results. Voice usage follows plan-based monthly allowances, and fixed-term access is not the same as an auto-renewing subscription.
